- Belga (ベルガ Beruga)
- One of the Holy Emperor's commanders that attacked a village to gather children. When Kenshiro asked him why the Holy Emperor was targetting children, he replied that the blood and sweat of child slaves was needed to sanctify the Holy Emperor Cross Mausoleum. Shu sliced him apart vertically with his Nanto Hakuro Ken for the crime of stealing the light of children.
TV Series
- In the anime series, Shu and the resistance stop Belga in the middle of raid but Belga kidnaps several children and returns to his hideout in the ruins of a baseball stadium. He plans to attack the village again as soon as Shu and the resistance are called elsewhere. Bat and Lin allow themselves to be captured in order to lead Kenshiro to the hideout. Belga retreats again but runs into Shu who annihilates him just like in the manga.
