Chikao Ōtsuka (大塚周夫, Ōtsuka Chikao, born July 5, 1929) was an actor and seiyū from Tokyo represented by Aoni Production. He was the father of Akio Otsuka, who played Souther in the Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken series. Outside of Hokuto no Ken, he was very well known for providing the voice of Dr. Eggman in the Sonic Adventure series. He died on January 15, 2015 due to ischemic heart failure.
