Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠, Ōtsuka Hōchū) is a veteran voice actor born May 19, 1954 in Okayama, Japan. Until 2001, he was credited as Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠, Ōtsuka Yoshitada), his real name. His wife was the late Kazuko Yanaga, the voice of Mika.
