As Kenshiro decides to investigate the dried up lake, the villagers warn him that he will be eaten by the monster of the Dragon God Mountain. Undeterred, Kenshiro walks forward until he spots a crevice. He notices a pipe, deducing that the water was drained awayby means of a mechanism. At the feast, there are belly dancers and slaves entertaining Dragon and his guest, Kenshiro. Kenshiro refuses to eat. Dragon offers Kenshiro to join forces and betray Shin. Kenshiro refuses and Dragon escapes in a blaze, revealing that the belly dancers and slaves were all an illusion. The ceiling reveals hidden spikes and starts to come down, threatening to crush Kenshiro to death. Kenshiro tries to escape, only to find out that there are solid walls behind the doors and the window. Kenshiro examines the floor and manages to escape via a trap door mechanism.

Meanwhile, the captured women are shown bathing and dressing up to get ready for the slave market. Mika and the other slaves appear to be hypnotized by Patra. At the slave auction, as Dragon introduces his female slaves, Sam notices Mika. He knocks over a guard and Patra and attempts to run away with Mika. Dragon strikes him down by throwing a dagger in his shoulder. As Mika looks at the fallen body of her lover, she breaks free from her hypnosis and goes to Sam's side. Dragon orders his men to kill them, but before he realizes it, they explode in a shower of blood.

Kenshiro reveals himself to the crowd. As he fights off Dragon's minions, he scares away the traffickers at the auction. He asks Sam and Mika to escape with the other slaves. Dragon and Patra team up to take on Kenshiro. Patra summons an illusion of fiery dragons, but Kenshiro counters her by mentally predicting her moves and blinding her with her own crystals. Patra accidently steps into Dragon's fire and falls out the window. Kenshiro then strikes Dragon with his Inverse Raging Fire Punch and attacks his pressure point, "Zencho". Dragon's throat closes up and his flames scorch him from the inside and burns him to death. Flares from the explosion from Dragon's death cause the traffickers' trucks to explode and engulf the castle in flames.
