- The leader of Shin's army in the TV series. He leads an all-out assault against Kenshiro when he joins a local rebellion against Southern Cross. Later, when Kenshiro is presumed dead, he revolts against Shin. He is notable for being modelled after Baiken Kinbu, a villain from the pilot version of Hokuto no Ken. He uses the same Taizanji Kenpō techniques and the battle between him and Shin is visually identical to the battle between Baiken and Kenshiro Kasumi.
