    The Third Rashō. Uses hurricane-like Hokuto Ryū Ken techniques. Han was so fast that his moves could not be seen by an average person. Han is always in danger of being assassinated and claims to have lost count of disposing assassins after the 100th time. He ends up fighting Kenshirō after Lin is taken to his castle by Shachi, which was Shachi's plan. He is the one who reveals Kenshirō's origin in the Land of Asura during their fight. Kenshirō damages his vision and then finishes him with the Hyakuretsu Ken.
