Chén Jùan-Mín (陳 狷民 Chin Kenmin) (c.v. Issei Futamata)
- Nicknamed "Weasel" Chén, he has a metal hand. His face was scarred by Yan-Wang after his failed attempt to kidnap Takeshi Kitaōji.
- His name is given as Chén Yŏng-Xiáng (陳 永祥 Chin Eishō?) early in the manga; either this is a mistake, or it is a Zi.
TV Series
After Zhāng Tài-Yán defeat to Kenshiro Kasumi,Chén becomes the new Leader of Hong Hua Hui.Later he shoots Pan Guang-Lin fatally wounding him.In the end he is killed by Kenshiro Kasumi.
