:[[Jagi]]'s one true love, she is character exclusive to the Jagi Gaiden. Had met him on one of his runnings away from home and he joined her brothers biker gang. She dreamed of running a store and living with Jagi. Giving a flower bracelet to Jagi as sign of their promise to change destiny and scolding Kenshiro for holding back. However, perhaps as godly penance for Jagi enjoying the new age of evil, Anna was captured by thugs and raped while Jagi tried to find her and save (as he had done once before when his mind wasnt consumed by winning). She went to the temple to find him as she was dying and ran into Kenshiro, in her dying moments she thought it was Jagi and died with a smile on her face. Jagi killed her killers but then left her body, consumed by his failure and hatred for Kenshiro. Ironically her words of not holding back are what inspired Kenshiro to fight with all he had sending him on the right path. After Jagi died, Anna's brother visted his mask and scolded him for not being able to make her happy, but could only bring himself to pity Jagi rather than hate him. He hoped his sister would find a much better man to love in the next life. But the fact that Jagi sees Anna's ghost several times, and the last scene shows two flowers one black and a smaller green one are growing out of his mask, implies that those two will in some way be together forever in this life or the next (which was her wish).

Appearing in Jagi Gaiden, Anna was the younger sister of Boss, leader of a motorcycle gang. She met Jagi when he fled the Hokuto dojo and joined her brother's gang. She also inspired Kenshiro when she scolded him for holding back against Jagi in their sparring matches. An act that would inadvertently send Jagi into exile afterwards.
When Jagi disappeared, Anna spent the next ten years waiting patiently for his return. However, after the nuclear war, her brother's gang was attacked and she was kidnapped by a rival biker gang now turned raiders. Anna managed to escape into the wasteland only to be caught again and brutally gang-raped. After her attack, she crawled to the Hokuto dojo, where she died in Kenshiro's arms, believing he was Jagi. Jagi arrived shortly afterwards and was consumed by despair at her death. He tracked down the bandits and slaughtered them with Hokuto Senju Satsu, betraying the laws of Hokuto. After Jagi's death, Anna's brother condemned him for failing her and hoped his sister would find a better love in the next life. The fact that Jagi sees Anna's ghost several times, and the last scene shows two flowers one black and a smaller green one are growing out of his mask, implies that those two will be together forever in this life or the next.
