Falco (ファルコ, Faruko): Also, known as the Golden General and the strongest successor of Gento Kō Ken, Falco destroys the rival martial arts schools in the name of the Tentei (天帝, Heavenly Emperor). It later transpires that Falco had been blackmailed by Jakoh into doing so.

In the past, Falco's village was confronted by Ken-Oh and his army. To protect his people, Falco sacrificed his own right-leg as a peace offering. Raoh accepted the offer and cancelled the invasion. He also left Falco a word of advice, warning him that Jakoh would someday betray him and so it would be wiser to kill him here and now. However, Falco couldn't bring himself to do it, as his mother was watching and she had raised Jakoh like a son. After the death of Falco's mother, Jakoh took the Tentei hostage, securing the Imperial throne for himself along with Falco's unwilling allegiance.

When the Empress is discovered alive, he turns against Jakoh and kills him. His right leg is a prosthetic, the original was offered to Raoh to convince him to leave the imperial capital alone. Later on, when fighting Falco, Kenshiro disables one of his own legs to even the fight. He pursues the kidnapped Lin to the Land of Asura, but dies after fighting the Nameless Asura. Prior to dying, he receives news that his wife Myu is pregnant with his son.
