- The Colonel's debauched, philandering former superior officer. The General mocked the Colonel's military prowess and the martial skill of the Red Berets, labeling them as paper tigers compared to the might of his nuclear missiles. According to the Colonel's dialogue, the General seems to have been one of the prime instigators of the nuclear war of 199X. He ended up dying in the nuclear holocaust that he himself created.
