A young girl who is forced by Diamond to support her father on her shoulders, who has a noose around his neck, to keep him from being hanged. Kenshiro frees the father and daughter and kills Diamond with the Koushu Hagan Ken (Face Breaking Fist).

- Mageko was given a name in DD Hokuto no Ken.
- Her hairstyle was based on The Captain's Girl from Mad Max 2.
- The hanging scene was inspired by Once Upon a Time in the West
