Jūkei (ジュウケイ) was the former master of Hokuto Ryūken.
Souten no Ken
- He appears as a young boy carrying his dead sister into a church during the Battle of Shanghai. Having lost hope his suicide attempt is stopped by Kenshirō Kasumi who gives him the Dragon Medallion. It can be assumed that he learned his fighting style from Liú Zōngwǔ.
Hokuto no Ken
- The former master of Hokuto Ryūken. Years before, he murdered his own wife and child after succumbing to Hokuto Ryūken's demonic possession, until Ryūken, who was the master of Hokuto Shin Ken , ultimately saved him. Before the start of the series, he sent Raoh, Toki and Kenshiro to the childless Ryuken in order to train and decide the next Hokuto Shinken successor.
- Jukei also instructed the three Rashō in his fighting style, as well as Shachi. He was referred to as the "Great Elder" (大老 Tāron) by his students.
- Jukei later comes to accept his role as servant of the Hokuto Sōke clan. He was killed by a brainwashed Hyoh in the end and dies with the regret of erasing Hyoh's memory of Kenshiro.
