Tokusaburō Kumazasa (熊笹 徳三郎 Kumazasa Tokusaburō) Error creating thumbnail: Unable to create temporary thumbnail file (c.v. Nobuyuki Furuta)
- Head of the Shanghai branch of the Kitaōji Zaibatsu. He was targeted for assassination by the Honghua Hui, whose panda-faced assassin was killed by Kenshiro Kasumi.

- His surname Kumazasa means "bear bamboo", that being the primary diet of pandas.
