Píng Yīngzhèng (憑英正 Hyō Eisei) (c.v. Katsuhisa Hōki)
- A member of the Hónghuá Huì who is always seen together with his friends, Mu Dahong and Chen Juanmin. Ping has a metal jaw and is a gourmet who enjoys his meals. Despite being members of the Hónghuá Huì, Ping and Mu are entirely comic relief characters. Ping is last seen in a meeting on the Hónghuá Huì ship, given the ship is sunk not much later, he is assumed to have died.
