- Juza is a member of the Nanto Gosha Sei ((南斗五車星, "Five Chariot Stars of the South Dipper") and represents the wandering spirit of the Clouds. He has mastered a self-styled martial art (我流の拳, Garyū no Ken), which is the deadliest of the Gosha Sei.
Juza was Yuria's childhood friend and wished to marry her, but his dreams were crushed when he discovered she was his half-sister from the same father. As a result, he descended into a reckless life of promiscuity. Being a free-spirited man, Juza did not wish to fight Raoh for the sake of the Last of the Nanto Roku Seiken until he learned her identity was Yuria. Juza had known Raoh since childhood, and was always the perfect foil to Raoh's serious demeanour. Ryūken once told Raoh the two of them were evenly matched.
Juza was famously the first and only man to steal Kokuoh-Go from Raoh. Because of this humiliation, Raoh refused to move until his mighty steed returned to him. When Juza eventually returned to finish the battle, he realized the true extent of Raoh's strength and was defeated. However, he still endured Raoh's torture and refused to identify the Last Nanto General before Raoh killed him. Because of this resolution, Raoh described Juza as "truly frightening" and ordered his men to prepare a honourable burial for his fallen rival.
