    Dolphi is a minion of Raoh's, who appears to rule over a village with democracy. However this is just a facade as his partner-in-crime [[Zenda]] threatens to kill whoever disagrees with Dolphi or his own opinions. Kenshiro then presses a vital point on Dolphy's head, which shortly kills him -- after he tries to go after Zenda for 'voting' for his execution. Zenda dies with him also.
