She sacrificed her life to save the baby [[Kenshiro]] and young [[Hyoh]] from a fire in the palace at [[Gaibuden]]. Her death led to Kaioh going mad with grief, and also left Raoh and Toki projecting their loss onto [[Yuria]] later in life.
