Hokuto Sōkin Jizai Kyaku (北斗繰筋自在脚, Tendon Pulling Will Kick)
A Hokuto Shinken secret technique where the user kicks the pressure points in the opponent's neck to send a wave of paralysis.

When used, Hokuto Sokin Jizai Kyaku makes the opponent do what the user orders them to do.
