    He wears a red-orange vest with metal shoulder pads, a sleeveless white sweater or jumpsuit underneath, with a singlet-like piece of armor that covers his abdomen and hips, a pair of vambraces with white gloves, and a pair of metallic boots.

    Morgan is incredibly immature, petty, and violent. He is unable to handle competition or criticism, and most notably responds violently to words that can be even be misconstrued as criticism, as he violently bashed two of his henchmen's heads together for simply asking if he was okay, and killed another for making him think he was criticizing his driving. He also has a tendency to blame others for things that aren't his fault, and he killed two innocent men who were unfortunate enough to be in his line of sight after he crashed his car, despite them having no correlation whatsoever for the crash, and when defeated by Kenshiro, he demonstrated his lack of maturity by threatening to tell on him to Raoh in a childish manner, and he also got upset & jealous at Bat for having a faster car than him. He is also incredibly foolish, as he expected to defeat Kenshiro simply by running him over.
    Despite being an inconsiderate and reckless brute, like many villains in the series, he surprisingly has an appreciation for simple joys in life that most would take for granted, as he talked to himself about how one of his favorite things is watching things fly by while driving fast.
