Morgan (モーガン, Mōgan) is an anime-exclusive character that was the captain of Ken-Oh's Advance Squad and maintains his authority with two hammer-wielding thugs. Morgan drives a jeep across the wasteland and blames his bad driving on mechanical problems and other frivolities, when he's obviously at fault. Morgan turns homicidal when anyone so much as implies that he needs to be careful behind the wheel, even murdering his own henchmen.

Morgan takes exception to being overtaken by Bat's buggy in the desert, and as revenge he has two of his minions destroy Bat's pride and joy.

Kenshiro, Bat & Lin travel to Morgan's town where they discover that Morgan terrorizes the populace daily with his reckless driving and brutally murders anyone who gets on his bad side. Morgan tries to run Kenshiro down with his car, but when that fails he sets his minions on him. While Kenshiro makes short work of his grunts, Morgan tries to make a quick getaway, unaware that Bat has sabotaged his car. Morgan loses control of the vehicle and crashes to his death in a fiery wreck.

Appearance

He is a large man with a wide, froggish, face who has long purple hair, and scar shaped like the blade of an battle ax on the left side of his face.

He wears a red-orange vest with metal shoulder pads, a sleeveless white sweater or jumpsuit underneath, with a singlet-like piece of armor that covers his abdomen and hips, a pair of vambraces with white gloves, and a pair of metallic boots.

Personality

Morgan is incredibly immature, petty, and violent. He is unable to handle competition or criticism, and most notably responds violently to words that can be even be misconstrued as criticism, as he violently bashed two of his henchmen's heads together for simply asking if he was okay, and killed another for making him think he was criticizing his driving. He also has a tendency to blame others for things that aren't his fault, and he killed two innocent men who were unfortunate enough to be in his line of sight after he crashed his car, despite them having no correlation whatsoever for the crash, and when defeated by Kenshiro, he demonstrated his lack of maturity by threatening to tell on him to Raoh in a childish manner, and he also got upset & jealous at Bat for having a faster car than him. He is also incredibly foolish, as he expected to defeat Kenshiro simply by running him over.

Despite being an inconsiderate and reckless brute, like many villains in the series, he surprisingly has an appreciation for simple joys in life that most would take for granted, as he talked to himself about how one of his favorite things is watching things fly by while driving fast.

Abilities

Morgan, even for his size and stature, possesses incredible physical endurance and strength, as he was able to survive a car crash twice with no injuries whatsoever, and he was able to move the large car he rides around without breaking a sweat. He possesses enough grip strength to crush the head of two humans at once.

He has literally no skill when it comes to driving whatsoever, and it could be possible he has no training at all as he is shown to repeatedly crash, and judging by how he immediately retreats once he realizes Kenshiro has defeated all of his minions, it is possible that he doesn't possess any proper combat training whatsoever.
