Yè (葉 Yō) (c.v. Kinryu Arimoto → Nobuyuki Hiyama)
- Nicknamed "Two-Pistol Yè", the right-hand man of Pan Guanglin in the Qing Bang and also the father of Ye Ziying, he was horribly burned by Goran of the Honghua Hui in a fight and left disfigured.
- Yè was living in hiding from the Hónghuá Huì and almost got killed by one of them before Kenshiro Kasumi arrived and saved him. He later begins to rebuild the Qīng Bāng with help from Kenshiro.
