    Southern Cross is the name of the city that Shin dedicated to Yuria in his pursuit of her affections. It was the stronghold of his King organization and from here he controlled most of the Kanto region. The city was mostly populated by slaves, who were forced to live and work in the city and branded with Shin's emblem - the Bloody Cross.
