    Military General of the Goshasei. Rihaku engineers a series of fatal traps to protect Yuria from the advancing Raoh. Raoh easily overcomes these traps, but Rihaku is saved by Kenshirō's arrival. He bears witness to Kenshirō's activation of the Musō Tensei technique, the ultimate technique of Hokuto Shinken. Rikahu later becomes the elder statesman of Lin and Bat's "Hokuto Army" after Ken leaves with Yuria.

    TV series

    In the original TV series, he is shown to be Yuria's caretaker since childhood. However, the OVA Yuria Den shows that Yuria did not met Rihaku until after she was rescued by the Goshasei from Southern Cross.
    Rihaku is also given his own martial art Gosha Hasui Ken, which he uses against Raoh after the failure of his death-traps.
