- An officer of the Imperial Army's Punishment Squad, he is a brutal man who hunts down rebels. He has a particular grudge against Muhari, a former member of the Red Dragon resistance, who gave him the scar on his face.
- When Geld and his troops begin destroying every trace of the Red Dragons, Muhari confronts him but his illness gives Geld the edge in battle. After the murder of Muhari, the remaining Red Dragons, including Muhari's son Haru, launch an ambush in retaliation on Geld and his men. During the battle, Haru and the Red Dragons are saved by the mysterious stranger, Kenshirō, who defeats the soldiers and kills Geld with a single punch.
