- The younger brother of Hyūi, who only appears in the Hokuto no Ken television series. He also served as the lieutenant of the Wind Brigade.
- When they confronted Ken-Oh on the battlefield, Hyui was killed and the Wind Brigade sacrificed themselves to give Zion the chance to report back to headquarters. Zion rode away on his motorcycle in tears at his brother's death, however he was fatally wounded by arrows. He survived long enough to report his brother's death and the extent of Raoh's strength to Rihaku before dying.
