- Voiced by: Yuji Mikimoto
- A powerful brute who was raised by David to be a killing machine. He wore a special suit to regulate his strength. When Kenshirō infiltrated the corrupt recruitment camp, the two of them fought, but despite Glen's initial advantage, Kenshiro defeated him by breaking his arm and crippling his strength. However, Kenshiro takes pity on him for being used by David and talks him into giving up his violent ways. David then has him killed for being "ruined".
Trivia
- His design is based on Arnold Schwarzenegger's Terminator.
- Because of the above, Glen might be introduced in episode 84 because of the release year of "The Terminator".
