    : A former member of the Red Dragons, a resistance against the [[Tentei]] army. He was living as a hermit with his young son [[Hal]] until he learned the Imperial forces were hunting down the Dragons, led by [[Geld]], whose face was scarred by Muhari in a previous fight. Muhari decides to confront Geld once again, but with his body weakened by illness, he loses his life in the battle.


    : Hal and the remaining Red Dragons attempt to avenge his death, but it is only when [[Kenshirō]] appears that Geld and the Imperial Punishment Square are destroyed.
