Targel (ターゲル, Tāgeru): A minion who works for Uighur at Cassandra and master of Kokushō Jūji Ken. He killed the Sūzan Tsūhi Ken successor for rebelling and was also behind the murders of Bella and her mother, when Bella failed to assassinate Kenshiro. Targel battled Kenshiro himself but was killed with the Hokuto Gekitsui Shi (北斗撃墜指) technique.
