- Meiō (冥王 "Hades")
- A rival warlord to Raoh who first appears in Ten no Haoh, he controls what was once Southern Cross and Godland. It's revealed that Meioh is secretly being manipulated by Gaiya.
- Ken-Oh's forces ambush Meioh and his men, with Reina leading the charge. Raoh joins the battle to assist Reina and destroys Meioh with Hokuto Gōshō Ha.
