Mamiya's Village Elder (マミヤの村の長老, Mamiya no mura no chōrō): The Elder (長老 Chōrō) of Mamiya's village. He takes in Toyo's adopted children after her death. He is killed later by Falco in the name of the Tentei.

In the television series, he is killed by Solia.
