- An emissary of Satora sent to Blanca, the kingdom of Satora's fiancée, Luseli . Kenshiro, Ryu and Satora discover him mortally wounded when they visit the country for themselves. After dealing with an ambush by Baran's men, they are told by Ramon's last words how the country has changed for the sake of Luseli.
