Rofu (ロフウ, Rofū): Appearing in the spinoff manga, Rei Gaiden, Rofu was the previous Nanto Suichō Ken successor and Rei's master. Rofu trained in the art alongside his future wife, Linley. He perfected a "hard" style, while she mastered a "soft" style. Rei believed Rofu had died during the nuclear war, but he survived and killed Eva to become the king of Asgarzul.

According to Souther, he is as strong as Ogai was. Rofu proves his strength by single-handedly routing a thousand of Yuda's men while completely unscathed.
