Yè (葉 Yō) (c.v. Kinryu Arimoto)
- Nicknamed "Two-Pistol Yè", the right-hand man of Pān Guāng-Lín in the Qing Bang and also the father of Yè Zi-Yīng, he was horribly burned by a member from Hónghuá Huì and disfigured.
- Yè was living in hiding from the Hong Hua Hui and almost got killed by one of the Hong Hua Hui members before Kenshiro Kasumi arrived and saved him. Yè later with help from Kenshiro begins to rebuild the Qing Bang.
