Qīng Bāng (青幇 Chinpan) is based on the historical Shanghai-based "Green Gang". In Souten no Ken they used to control Shanghai's underworld with the trafficking of opium until they lost power after Kasumi Kenshiro left China. They are hunted down by the rival organization Honghua Hui.
