- Muhari (ムハリ Muhari)
- A former member of the Red Dragons, a resistance against the Tentei army. He was living as a hermit with his young son Hal until he learned the Imperial forces were hunting down the Dragons, led by Geld, whose face was scarred by Muhari in a previous fight. Muhari decides to confront Geld once again, but with his body weakened by illness, he loses his life in the battle.
- Hal and the remaining Red Dragons attempt to avenge his death, but it is only when Kenshirō appears that Geld and the Imperial Punishment Squad are destroyed.
