Jagure (ジャグレ) is a character introduced in Hokuto Ga Gotoku. While Jagure's clothing and mohawk suggest that he's an outlaw, he is actually the commanding officer of the Eden Garrison in charge of the city's security. Possessing a mistrust of martial artists, Jagure assumes Kenshiro to be a threat and has him imprisoned.
