- Mamiya's Village Elder (マミヤの村の長老 Mamiya no mura no chōrō)
- The Elder (長老 Chōrō) of Mamiya's Village. He takes in Toyo's adopted children after her death. He is killed later by Falco in the name of the Tentei while making sculptures of deceased martial artists of both Hokuto Shinken and Nanto Seiken, in their honors. His sculptures also being destroyed in the process.
