Wēng Hóngyuán (翁洪元 Ō Kōgen) (c.v. Kinryu Arimoto)
- The adoptive father of both Pan Yuling and Pan Guanglin. He promised to give Yuling to Mang Kuangyun as payment for the assassination of the Qing Bang's head leader. Guanglin was forced into killing him, but could not go through with it, but Kenshiro Kasumi killed him hoping to spare Guanglin the pain.
