Hydra (ヒドラ, Hidora): Leader of Shin's Armored Buggy Squad. He appears only in the TV series.

TV Series

He and his gang attempt to kill Kenshiro by wrapping chains attached to buggies around his arms and driving in different directions, but this ultimately fails. In a last-ditch effort, Hydra goes after Bat and Lin, but is killed from behind by Kenshiro.
