Manga
A Taizanji Kenpō master who uses the "Bear Claw Bisection Fist" technique to rip his victims in half. He also has metal blades hidden in his mohawk. Gōda originally came from the Hokuto no Ken prototype one-shot.
Anime
A minion of Amiba's that was given the strength of the bear.
