Yasuyuki Nekoi (猫井ヤスユキ) is the penname of the two mangaka that created Rei Gaiden: Sōkoku no Garō. They are from Hyogo prefecture. Al least one of the two is Mie Nekoi (猫井ミィ Nekoi Mii), a prominent dojinshi artist.
