Village of Miracles (奇跡の村 Kiseki no Mura) was a village established by Toki for healing the sick and injured. When Toki originally encountered the village, it was ravaged by death and disease, but by using his knowledge of Hokuto Shinken, he healed the sick and revived the village. Because of this extraordinary feat, Toki was worshipped as a messiah and the village earned a reputation for miracles.
After Toki was imprisoned in Cassandra by his older brother Raoh, the village was occupied by Toki's deranged impersonator Amiba. The villagers were sacrificed for his cruel experiments, and the remaining survivors became his minions.
