Jukei (ジュウケイ, Jūkei): Voiced by: Kōhei Miyauchi; The successor of Hokuto Ryūken. He once instructed Kaioh, Hyoh, Han and Shachi in his fighting style, and was referred to as the "Great Elder" (大老, Tāron) by his students. Years before, he murdered his own wife and child after succumbing to Hokuto Ryūken's demonic possession, but Ryūken ultimately stopped him.

Jukei later came to accept his role as servant of the Hokuto Sōke clan. He was killed by a brainwashed Hyoh at the end and dies with the regret of erasing Hyoh's memory of Kenshiro.
