Kaijin (怪人, Lit. Human Monster): Voiced by: Masaharu Satō; Based off of Sloth from The Goonies. He very briefly appears petting a tiger after mistaking it for a kitten, before Shachi confronts and easily kills him with his new technique, Keiraku Hakou, which has the power to completely obliterate its target's body structure.

In the anime he is depicted as a thief hiding out in a cave full of stolen treasure. He also strangely looks slightly less like Sloth.
