Kaijin (怪人, Lit. Human Monster)
Voiced by: Masaharu Satō
Based off of Sloth from The Goonies. He very briefly appears petting a tiger after mistaking it for a kitten, before Shachi confronts and easily kills him with his new technique, Keiraku Hakou, which has the power to completely obliterate its target's body structure.
