Targel (ターゲル, Tāgeru): Voiced by: Yusaku Yara; A minion who works for Uighur at Cassandra and master of Kokushō Jūji Ken. He killed the Sūzan Tsūhi Ken for rebelling and was also behind the death of Bella and her mother, when Bella failed to assassinate Kenshirō. Targel battled Kenshirō himself but was killed with the Hokuto Gekitsui Shi (北斗撃墜指) technique.
