Jukei (ジュウケイ, Jūkei)

The successor of Hokuto Ryūken. He once instructed the three Rashō in his fighting style, as well as Shachi, and was referred to as the "Great Elder" (大老, Tāron) by his students. Years before, he murdered his own wife and child after succumbing to Hokuto Ryūken's demonic possession, but Ryūken ultimately stopped him.

Jukei later came to accept his role as servant of the Hokuto Sōke clan. He was killed by a brainwashed Hyoh at the end and dies with the regret of erasing Hyoh's memory of Kenshiro.

Fist of the Blue Sky

He appears as a young boy in Fist of the Blue Sky(only in the manga), where he wants to learn Hokuto Ryuken in order to avenge his murdered sister.
