Usa (ウサ): A short and bald-headed steward of Ken-Oh. When Yuria rejects Raoh and takes pity on him, Usa suggests that Raoh "seizes the opportunity" while she is captive at the castle. An enraged Raoh kills him for his ignorance.

Usa appears in the Ten no Haoh manga as one of the Ken-Oh's vice-strategists. However, he does appear in the animated adaptation.
