A corrupt inspector of the Shanghai French Concession police, he has connections with Hónghuá Huì. He tries to capture Sophie de Guise in a attempt to blackmail her brother, killing Peter in the process, but was unsuccessful. Later when Sophie recovers his memory, Malraux tries to kill her, but Kenshiro Kasumi kills him.
