Last Land (ラストランド, Rasuto Rando)

Last Land features in the novel Jubaku no Machi and the animated adaptation Shin Hokuto no Ken. The fortified city is ruled by Sanga, who invents false idols (such as Bista and Sāra) to manipulate the people and monopolize the underground supply of water. When Sanga is killed by Kenshirō, Last Land is usurped by Sanga's son Seiji. After the death of Seiji, the city is finally liberated and the people bask in the water once hoarded by its rulers.
