Hokuto Zankai Ken

(北斗残悔拳 North Dipper Remorse Fist) is a Hokuto Shinken technique which stabs the thumbs into an opponent's temples, striking the Tōi pressure point. After this, the victim is given three seconds (seven in the anime) of regret before their body explodes.
